For personal uses, mobile phone is the first choice. Beside this, personal computer is mostly preferred. Most of the people choose a personal computer for their daily needs, entertainment, communication, etc.
It is very rare to find out any house that may be in urban or rural area where there is no electronic device like laptop, netbook, mobile, etc. In many family, every member has own personal computer or mobile device. Many of them use more than one electronic device.

We know who are the regular users of computer that we are to spend some money when we face many health issues during using computer. There are so many common health problems that can harm us, especially headache, back pain, eye problems, etc.
There are some tips to keep you safe when using your personal computer.
You should not spend a lot of time with your computer. Some jobs are required more times on computer, even some require all day long before computer. It is quite bad to nonstop work on computer.
Computer specialists, engineers, call center workers, freelancers, customer service providers spend most of their working time before computer.

If you just spend your time on computer for entertainment, you should avoid long time sitting before computer. For recreation, two or three hours in a day is enough. This way can ensure your health safety.
If there is no way to stop, to make an hour break from your work, then find out any short time like 5 minutes to take some exercise or walking. Within this short time you can stand up, throw your hand and leg, up  - down, etc.

Basically this is for doing some extra exercise that is impossible while working on computer. Stand up and make free your hands, legs and eyes. If possible, repeat it in every hour.
Select the most suitable computer accessories that fits with your length and hands. I mean keyboard and mouse that is mandatory for using your computer. These are the main reasons of body pain.

Make sure that your chair and computer table have a comfortable balance. If it seems discommodity, adjust anew for more comfort so that you can work on computer comfortably. Your leg should touch the floor from your chair. Check that you can fully lie back on your chair. 
Adjust your computer with your eye level. Perfect position is to keep your computer equal level with your eye. Don’t keep the computer very closely. This process will save you from eye press.
If you feel back pain, eye strain or any other issues for a long time, you should immediately go to a doctor. Then carefully follow the tips that prescribed by doctor. If you carefully use your computer, it is possible to ensure safety of computer use.
