Hummingbirds are much more powerful and efficient than man made drone. Recently this have been innovated by some researchers. It has a powerful and more efficient wings than man made aircraft.
Researchers from Stanford University researched about the hummingbird wings and a small drone. They compared the lift and torque performance from the both; hummingbird wings and Black Hornet drone. They became amazed to see the result.

The researchers applied much effective ways to measure the accurate efficiency. A wing spinner was used to find exact measurements from every single wing. Without flapping any wind, it was spun in a perfect circle.
Based on this research, the team leader David Lentink got an amazing result. The best hummingbirds are more than 20% proficient than the selected drones; means human made aircrafts are less powerful than hummingbirds. Not all the hummingbirds were same and there were 12 hummingbirds in this research. They took the hummingbirds with some conditions that are exactly comparable with the mentioned drones. They applied different but effective steps to complete the research.
The result from this research was published in the famous journal 'the Royal Society Interface'.
